Recruiting presently for a number of roles around the Chester area,
Head Chef for a small group gastro pub near Chester,the venue offers great food and service using all fresh produce and is well known in the area,popular with the local markets residents and also offers great spaces for events,weddings and private parties.
Day to day management of all areas of the kitchen and team and to write seasonal menus for the restaurant and events areas,manage all food stock,health and hygiene as well as food safety and EHO.
Report to the General Manager.

Sous Chef Chester 4 star hotel located close to the city centre,the hotel has various F&B areas including 80 cover restaurant as well as events,conference space for up to 150 guests as well as lounge area and bar.
Work with the Head Chef and team to ensure and manage the food quality and all usual kitchen management.
Report to and assist the Head Chef,cover days off and holidays.

Assistant F&B Manager for this 4 star country house hotel near to Chester,the hotel offers superb location and is a popular venue for weddings,private parties and events.
The hotel has approx 40 bedrooms set in it’s own grounds and with a perfect setting for bespoke weddings.
You will work with the senior management team to deliver great guest service at all times,manage functions and events and to work with and support the team working with you.
Ensure the highest standards of guest care at all times and to assist in the general day to day running of the hotel which includes duty management shifts.
Report to the Operations Manager.
