Recruiting for various Chefs for 4 star Manchester hotel
I am recruiting for a 4 star hotel based in city centre Manchester for various Chefs to join their kitchen brigade
The hotel offers all fresh food served in a restaurant,lounge bar and the events areas of the hotel.
So the positions are as follows
Pastry Chef to oversee and manage all desserts,cakes etc being served in the various area of the hotel and to work with a Chef de Partie in the pastry section
Chef de Partie Pastry working with the Pastry Chef to prepare all desserts,cakes etc
Chef de Parties for the sections of the kitchen working as part of the kitchen brigade and with knowledge of cooking all fresh food in a similar 4 star hotel operation,the role will be working 5 days over 7 on an hourly rate with a guarantee of 45 hours per week.
The hotel has over 50 rooms with restaurant with as well as being a venue for various events including weddings,functions,events and Christmas parties
The food with a focus on fresh seasonal produce with a mix of modern British with some French influences
You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and ensure that the kitchen is always maintained to the required food hygiene standards and as well be able to manage stock and stock controls.
Also you will be offered ongoing training and development for your career as well as 2 days off per week and work 5 days over 7 on a rota basis.
