I am working with clients across central Manchester and the outlying areas who are recruiting for chef of all levels from Sous Chef to Chef de Parties and Demi Chefs.
The operations are varied from hotels to bars and restaurants all generally serving good quality food from rosette standards in some to British food with a modern influence using in most cases fresh food.
Generally the roles are 5 days over 7 with straights shifts and working with teams that offer training and development.
Salaries vary from position to position with the junior roles paying up to £8 per hour with 45 – 50 hours guaranteed and the senior roles offer from £25k +
