Sous Chef – £36,192 per year plus c.£3,500 in service
Chef de Partie – £32,448 per year plus c £3,500 in service
Chef de Partie – 48 hour contract
£32,448 per year plus c £3,500 in service
Daytime Chef (8am-6pm) – 48 hour contract
£29,328 per year plus c £3,500 in service
We’re exciting to be recruiting for this client, with several positions across the company, this is a rare opportunity for talented chefs to really throw their passion into the job with their culinary expertise and be part of something unique.
Our client operates a collection of boutique hotels near the Cotswolds, using produce grown on their own estate grounds.
Presently looking to recruit for chefs with experience in either a Rosette or Michelin operation with both fine dining & brasserie style food to assist the current team in creating special moments through food, giving a truly unique experience.
