Recruiting for this 4 star award winning hotel based in the centre of this idyllic town in the beautiful area of the Cotswolds.
The client is looking to recruit for the following key positions for their kitchen teams,
Sous Chef for the hotel Brasserie with a modern menu serving mainly British food and also some popular items which includes classics.
Working with the Head Chef and to support the day to day kitchen operation.
Including team management,training of junior members and also the kitchen health and safety and hygiene.
Involved with menu planning and also achieving costs for the department on food GP.wage costs etc
£33k with live in
Chef de Partie for the Brasserie also and to manage your onw section and work as part of the team.
£28k live in
Chef de Partie for the C&B areas of the hotel and same duties to manage your own section etc
