Chef de Parties Hampshire Hotels

This client with hotels in some of the most picturesque areas of South Hampshire are recruiting at present for for Chef de Parties to join their kitchen teamS.

The hotels are varied in terms of rooms and generally would be considered country house venues that offer bespoke luxury as well as 1st class service and food.

The food served in all hotels is focused on fresh seasonal produce with a mix of modern British and calssical French influences and some of the hotels are working to 2 rosette standards.

As a Chef de Partie your role will be to work with and be part of the team and work in various corners of the kitchen and be able to produce a high end food product in line with the reputations the companies hotels are known for in the area.

Working with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and ensure that the kitchen is always maintained to the required food hygiene standards and as well be able to manage stock and stock controls.

Also you will be offered ongoing training and development for your career and some of the hotels offer live in.

£18k – £20k,benefits
