Chef de Parties – great restaurant nr Chester
Looking for a client in superb location for 2 x Chef de Parties for this restaurant in superb location near Chester.
The restaurant offers great food with a focus on fresh seasonal produce with a mix of modern British with on some dishes and Eastern influence.
As a Chef de Partie your role will be to work with and be part of the team and work in various corners of the kitchen and be able to produce a high end food product in line with the reputation that the restaurant has become well known for since opening at start of 2016.
You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and ensure that the kitchen is always maintained to the required food hygiene standards and as well be able to manage stock and stock controls.
The hours of work are 5 over 7 with 2 days off per week.
