We are working with a client in the Wirral area who is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade.
The venue is a gastro pub in a rural location part of a small group using all fresh produce with traditional British pub fayre as well as some classics including home made pie,lasagne,burgers etc.
You will be preparing the food for the menu as well as some specials and then involved in service and ensure the food is to a high standard at all times.
You will be working as part of the kitchen teams and supporting the Head Chef and be able to offer assistance and as well be offered ongoing training and development to improve your skills and make the kitchen team more effective.
Reporting direct to the kitchen management the positions will suit individuals who are looking from Demi Chef de or similar role and now looking for a new challenge.
The vacancies are an hourly rate with full time hours and rate from £10 – £13 per hour DOE with approx 45 hours per week.
