Chef de Partie – Skipton area
This award winning group gastro pub based in superb location in the Skipton region are presently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade.
The operation consists of a restaurant for approx 60 covers as well as casual dining throughout the venue as well as outside area for dining and drinking during good weather as well as having a number of high end bedrooms within the venue.
The menu offered is core menu from the company with then “Daily Specials” with traditional British menu adding a modern twists with fresh and seasonal local produce that offers good quality food to a high standard.
As a Chef de Partie you will work with and support the Head & Sous Chef also work with other kitchen team members to ensure the standards are maintained at all times in both the quality of the food being prepared and served to the guests but also in regards to kitchen hygiene standards.
Working with the Head Chef and team and working in various sections of the kitchen and being able to offer and assist all kitchen team members.
Also as part of a larger group there are development and career plans available.
