Chef de Partie – nr Chester
We are working with a client in the Chester area who are looking to recruit for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade.
The venue is a beautifully appointed restaurant , bar and lounge as well as outside area with full kitchen and events space for approx 70 guests.
The restaurant has excellent reputation for the food and service with a 70 cover restaurant, bar and lounge area for for 40guests as well as the events space and outside areas.
You will be preparing the food for the restaurant and bar area and the outside eating areas and for events taking place and the food is mainly British with all local and fresh produce , you will also be involved in service and ensure the food is to a high standard at all times.
You will be working as part of the kitchen teams and supporting the Head Chef and be able to offer assistance and as well be offered ongoing training and development to improve your skills and make the kitchen team more effective.
The positions will suit an individual from a similar role and now looking for a new challenge and to cook and prepare food of the high standards.
Due to location you will need your own transport and there is free parking on site.
