Chef de Partie – central Manchester
Highly regarded group with this operation based in city centre Manchester,recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.
The venue offers various style of food across the operation and is an all day dining concept with a large daily footfall with seating for over 150 guests that caters for guests using all fresh produce.
The person will be working in a team and supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef and also supporting the various other team members including other Chef de Parties as well as commis chefs and be able to offer assistance on going training and development to improve their skills and make the kitchen team inclusive.
Reporting direct to the kitchen management the position will suit an individual who is looking from Demi Chef de or similar role and is now looking for a new challenge and to maintain the hotel reputation as being a jewel in the local area for all events.
This vacancy is an hourly rate with approx 48/50 hours per week so approx £20k salary.
