Chef de Parties Hampshire

This 4 star group hotel based near Southampton are recruiting at present for Chef de Parties to join their kitchen teams.

The hotel has over a 100 bedrooms with various F&B areas including an AA rosette 100 cover restaurant along with multiple C&B rooms catering for up to 200 guests in the largest suite.

The food served is focused on fresh seasonal produce with a mix of modern British and classical French influences and some of the hotels are working to maintain the present rosette and also possibly achieve a 2nd rosette.

As a Chef de Partie your role will be to work with and be part of the team and work in various corners of the kitchen and be able to produce a high end food product in line with the reputations the companies hotels are known for in the area.

Working with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and ensure that the kitchen is always maintained to the required food hygiene standards and as well be able to manage stock and stock controls.

Also you will be offered ongoing training and development for your career and the hotel offers live in.
