Chef de Partie – Grasmere area
We are working with a client in the Grasmere area who are looking to recruit for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade.
The venue is a beautifully appointed hotel with 30 rooms as well as an award winning restaurant for approx 70 guests as well as events space for 100 guests for weddings etc.
The restaurant has excellent reputation for the food and service with a 70 cover restaurant and was last assessed in 2019 achieving the award and is looking to maintain this going forward.
You will be preparing the food for the restaurant to the highest standard working as part of the kitchen team and be working various shifts including breakfast on a rota basis.
You will be working as a team and supporting the Head Chef and be able to offer assistance and as well be offered ongoing training and development to improve your skills and make the kitchen team more effective.
The positions will suit an individual from a similar role and now looking for a new challenge and to cook and prepare food of the high standards.
The hotel does offer live in if required.
