Senior Chef de Partie/Chef de Partie
This well known and award winning 4 star group hotel located close to the centre of Gloucester are looking to recruit for 2 Chef de Parties to join their kitchen team.
The hotel offers 1 rosette standard restaurant for 80 covers as well as C&B for up to 200 guests in the largest suite.
The food is all fresh,generally seasonal and serves traditional British food with modern techniques and the ability to work with a focused and motivated team.
As a Chef de Partie in the brigade you will in most areas of the kitchen and to be able to prepare and cook food to a high standard at all times and also as part of the team and will have the opportunity to gain further training and development to help you progress and learn further knowledge.
Also to work in line with the hotel company requirements,SOP’s and also to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day to day kitchen management and to ensure food safety standards are maintained.
£8.50 per hour and pay for all hours worked so generally approx 45 per week and also offers live in in the local area,benefits
