Chef de Partie – mid Cheshire close to A49
A well located Gastro Pub that is part of a large group with venues across the North West and North/Mid Wales are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join their team at refurbished operation close to Chester and the A49.
The menu is a core group menu that offers good quality food to a high standard as well as the ability of the Head Chef and Sous Chef being able to add “Specials” to generate further sales.
As a Chef de Partie you will work with and support the Head & Sous Chef also work with other kitchen team members to ensure the standards are maintained at all times in both the quality of the food being prepared and served to the guests but also in regards to kitchen hygiene standards.
The venue also offers an outside area with a built in BBQ for better weather which is very popular for a casual dining experience.
Working with the Head Chef and team and being able to offer and assist all kitchen team members.
Also as part of a larger group there are development and career plans available.
