Chef de partie – St Albans area

£28K + service charge

We are currently working with a client who are seeking a talented Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie to join their team supporting all area of the kitchen, reporting to the Sous & Head Chef.

This venue is an established luxury 4 star independent hotel with a various F&B operations across the hotel.

This includes a fine dining specialist restaurant offering fusion cuisine as well as a casual dining Brasserie and there is also function space for over 200 guests in the hotels largest room as well as various other meeting and events rooms.

The role is working with the kitchen team and being able to work in various sections of the kitchen and working as part of a focused team.

Knowledge and experience of working in a fast paced kitchen and hands on of restaurants as well as catering for functions,weddings etc is a key asset.

Working with and supporting the Head and Sous Chef and working as part of the team,also managing your own section and keeping all food health and safety as part of your work at all times.
