C&B Events Manager – Manchester
Presently recruiting for this 4 star Manchester hotel for a C&B Events Manager.
The hotel is 100+ bedrooms with various F&B outlets and the C&B areas of the hotel can cater for up to 300 + guests in the largest suite.
There are additional rooms catering for boardroom style 1 on 1 as well as for up to 20,30 and 50 guests.
As the C&B Events Manager you will work with an oversee the day today operations working with and supporting the team that consists of 2 Assistant Managers,3 Supervisors and then a mix of full time and casual team members as per the requirements of the business.

Training and development of the team is an important role to ensure service standards at all times.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to develop the business and achieve financial targets and sales.
Manage the department recruitment,costs including wages and manage the department assets.

Reporting to the F&B Manager and Sr Management team and attend HOD meetings daily and when required.
