Chef Manager – Wrexham
I am working with an expanding Contract Catering company who are presently recruiting for a Chef Manager for a site in Wrexham to manage the operation.
The site is open 7 days a week and offers the company’s workers good quality home made food and serves breakfast,lunch and aslo afternoon tea and evening meal.
You will be involved in the cooking,management of the team and working to company brand standards as well as working to achieve a good working relationship with the company operator.
Required to ensure a high standard of kitchen hygiene as well as agreed company food gross profit margins as well as managing wage costs.
Reporting to an Area Manager who will meet with you generally every other week and so you will be the contract caterers key person on site.
£10 per hour with min of 40 hours per week,benefits,bonus
