Breakfast Chef – Liverpool
£26k with company benefits including pension,company discounts through the companies hotels and training.
We are presently recruiting for this superb city centre Liverpool hotel for a Breakfast Chef to join their tea.
The hotel has 80 + bedrooms with a 100 cover restaurant as well as C&B for up to 150 guests in the hotel’s largest function suite.
Your role as Breakfast Chef is toe ensure and manage the quality and consistency of the food for the hotel guests.
The service is buffet style so being well planned and prepared is a key part of the role.
Then replenishing the buffet items when required and working with the restaurant staff to give a great client service working as part of the team.
Be able to self manage and also punctual is a key part of this position,starting at 6 am to 2 pm 5 days over 7.
Also be able to keep your section clean and tidy at all times and when required assisting and supporting the kitchen team preparing mise en place for the team for any events,functions setc.
You will prep your section ready for the following day service and also liaise with the team when covering your days off and holidays and help to train the chefs to maintain the consistency.
Adhere to all due diligence paperwork,food safety and hygiene and report to the Head Chef and Sous Chef as well as ordering stock for your section in line with the amount of residents staying at the hotel.
