Bar Manager – Worcestershire
I am recruiting for a hands on Bar Manager for a high end 4 star Worcesteshire unique hotel.
The hotel in bespoke luxury offers award winning restaurant,main hotel bar and lounge as well as meeting rooms across the hotel and has a large ballroom that has the ability to seat up to 600 guests and also a full leisure facility and spa.
As Bar Manager your role is to manage and lead the bar department day to day and to ensure the team deliver the highest standards of service at all times.
You will also be required to manage all stock controls,liquor ordering and as well manage the departmental costs such as wages etc.
Reporting direct to the F&B Manager the role will suit an individual looking for their 1st HOD position and be part of the hotel management team and as well to work as Duty Manager when required.
£2k,10% bonus and benefits
