This hot new vacancy for a Bar Manager has just become available in a high end cocktail bar and lounge within this gorgeous award winning 4 star hotel in the Stockport/Romiley area close to Manchester and major motorways.
The client is looking for a hands on Bar Manager to work with the team and to manage and control all aspects of the bar and to ensure the service style is maintained but also the costs and controls are also important.
As part of the hotel operation the bar is also open throughout the day for drinks including teas,coffees,afternoon teas and also serves food in a casual environment,so it is an important part of the overall guest experience.
So the individual will be from a similar high end background but also have the knowledge and skills to be able to ensure financial targets are achieved which will include wet GP margins as well as wage costs etc.
Also undertook all wet purchasing and and to work to ensure a 1st class guest experience and be able to achieve targets for sales etc.
You will work with and support the team and ensure a standards of service at all times and be able to offer training and support to all team members and working with the team to deliver.
