Bar Manager
This large 100 bedroom group hotel are looking to recruit for their management team and Bar Manager.
The individual will be a hands on Bar Manager for this busy operation managing the main hotel bar and overseeing the other hotels bars,this main bar also served food all day from a casual dining menu and as an alternative to the main hotel restaurant.
The role is to lead and manage a team of approx 10 staff mix of full time and casual team members and to be able to offer and deliver a high standard of guest care.
The hotel has 100 + cover restaurant and also various function rooms throughout the hotel and attracts corporate clients as well as weddings and events.
You will manage all aspects of the business which includes sales,wage costs as well as being able to manage the gross profit margins for liquor.
