Bar Manager – mid Staffs area
Recruiting for a high end large volume experienced Bar Manager for a luxurious 4 star hotel in the mid Staffordshire area.
The hotel is part of a small group that offers 1st class service in all areas of the hotel,with 70 + bedrooms as well as large F&B facilities with award winning restaurant and high end cocktail bar.
The hotel also offers various C&B areas with the largest room catering for up to 150 guests and other meeting rooms and boardrooms available.
Additionally the hotel also offers both hotel guests and non residents superb spa and gym operations and attracts guests through the week as well for luxury weekend breaks.
The Bar Manager role is a high profile position within the hotel managing multiple bar outlets and working with and supporting the team members and also working with an Assistant Manager and Supervisors.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and responsible for the department budget for wages,stock controls and also able to ensure financial targets are achieved with upselling etc.
