Bar Manager – Cheshire
This stunning 4 star hotel in the heart of Cheshire are recruiting for a hands on Bar Manager for their busy operation managing and overseeing the hotels bars.
The role is hands on to lead and manage a team to be able to offer and deliver a high standard of guest care.
You will be managing a team of approx 10 staff that are generally full time staff in the operation across the bars in the hotel which consists of cocktail bar and then bars in each main function area in the hotel.
The hotel has award winning restaurant and also various function rooms and is popular in all areas of the market including corporate clients at a senior end and also weddings and events.
You will manage all aspects of the business which includes sales,wage costs as well as being able to manage the gross profit margins for liquor.
