This well known hotel based in Liverpool are presently looking to recruit for a Bar Manager to lead and manage the operation.

This is a fast paced environment serving a variety of products and also benefits with offering a casual dining operation as well as being popular in the local area for sports.

This is a hands on role to lead the team and to ensure and maintain standards at all times.

You will work with and lead the team of bar staff to assist and support you in offering great customer services to manage the day to day operations.

Managing also the social media to make guests aware of promos,events etc across the venue and put together a diary of events to attract additional business and to create interest and sales.

Additionally the following are key areas.

– Oversee the daily operations of the bar and staff members
– Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
– Manage and train the team
– Create employee schedules and assign duties
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
– Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

You will have the following attributes,
– Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
– Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
– Experience in cooking and bartending in a fast-paced restaurant setting
– Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
– Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during operations
– Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus

Reporting to the F&B Manager with regular weekly meetings to ensure the key targets are being achieved.
