We are working with this client based in the High Wycombe area for a vibrant and professional Bar Manager to oversee the hotel’s unique and flamboyant bars.
This is a key position in the company with direct responsibility for the day-to-day running of our main bar and events bars throughout the hotel.
You will need to lead by example, possess first-class attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations and a supportive nature for operational excellence.
You will be working with the team and to manage and ensure high standards at all times and to deliver a great guest experience at all times with the team in the bar department as well as assisting the other departments to deliver the same.
Manage all aspects of the bar including planning of drinks menu’s,manage the department costs in line with the budgets and to achieve sales targets for the operation.
This is a hands on role to lead the team day to day and and to support the management team and to create a positive work environment in all areas of the venue.
