Assistant Restaurant Manager – nr Chester ,Cheshire
This 4 star resort location are presently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The hotel has over 100 + bedrooms with 2 1st class restaurants and the person they are looking for will be part of the management team of these areas of the hotel.
You will be involved with the day to day operations as well as being able to manage the back of house areas which will include training & development of all team members as well as managing the rota and wage costs for the department,so ideally you will have the knowledge and skills to be a key team member and take on some new areas of responsibility.
