Assistant Operations Manager – Glasgow area
Recruiting at present for an international client for their serviced apartment operation in the Glasgow area.
Offering superbly appointed bedrooms that can offer up to 2 bedrooms and 4 guests as well as single units and also accomodate both the general hotel guests as well as the ability for long term usage with each room having a kitchenette for the home from home feeling.
The site has 50 rooms and accomodates over a 100 + guests and with further development planned for 2018 adding an additional 20 bedrooms to the site.
As Assistant Operations Manager you will be hands on to support the General Manager and work with the operational teams in reception and housekeeping and ensuring standards are maintained and achieved and with clear direction to the teams to understand the company policies for guest care.
Also able to offer ongoing training to team members and to deputise in the General Mangers absence,this role will ideally suit an individual fro a front of house/reception background in a 4 star hotel environment.
Also working with the General Manager to control and manage costs for all areas of the operation and reporting direct to the General Manager.
