Assistant Operations Manager – Reading
Working at present with international serviced apartment client for their operations in Reading.
The company can offer in this venue both 1 and 2 bedroom accommodation for up to 4 guests in the 2 bedroom and has over 50 units at this site so for up to 100 guests and is well known for the “Home from Home” feeling to attract regular guests and then also to cater for the longer term stay with each room having a kitchenette.
As Assistant Operations Manager you will be hands on to support the General Manager and work with the operational teams in reception and housekeeping and ensuring standards are maintained and achieved and with clear direction to the teams to understand the company policies for guest care.
Also able to offer ongoing training to team members and to deputise in the General Mangers absence,this role will ideally suit an individual fro a front of house/reception background in a 4 star hotel environment.
Also working with the General Manager to control and manage costs for all areas of the operation and reporting direct to the General Manager.
