Assistant C&B Manager – Burnley area

We are presently recruiting for this 4 star award winning hotel in the Blackburn area for an Assistant C&B Manager.
The hotel has over 50 + bedrooms with various F&B outlets and the C&B areas of the hotel can cater for up to 150 + guests in their largest suite.
There are additional rooms catering for boardroom style 1 on 1 as well as for up to 20,30 and 50 guests.
As the Assistant C&B Events Manager you will work with an oversee the day today operations working with and supporting C&B Manager and the team that consists of Supervisors and a mix of full time and casual team members as per the requirements of the business.
Training and development of the team is an important role to ensure service standards at all times.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to develop the business and achieve financial targets and sales.
Working with the Manager to manage the department which will include recruitment,also to manage costs that include wages and the department assets.
Reporting to the C&B Manager and Sr Hotel Management team and attend meetings when required.
