I am presently recruiting for a client based in the Blackburn area close to the main road networks.
This is a high end gastro pub with rooms that boasts an award winning restaurant and bespoke design led rooms,making it a great choice in the local area for both loclas and people travelling for time away.
Great location with superb views of the local area and offers great service for food and beverage and uses fresh and seasonal produce.
As Assistant Manager this is a hands on to lead and manage the teams all areas of the business including restaurant and bar team as well as housekeeping team members.
Managing the day to day business and someone that has an all round focus with an emphasis on F&B but also to include all departments and to ensure and deliver 1st class guest service at all times.
You will work with all team members to ensure a consistency of standards and as well be able to deliver training and development for everyone in your teams.
In addition you will work to manage costs and controls and drive sales and revenue in order to achieve budgets.
Reporting direct to the General Manager the role will suit an individual from a similar type of operation with exposure of various departments who is now looking for their next career development role.
£30k,excellent bonus,benefits
