We are presently recruiting for this key role with this company based in the beautiful area of the Lleyn peninsula and the role is an Assistant General Manager to join their team.
This is a day to day hands on role to lead and oversee a number of departments,this includes the leisure and spa department,also maintenance,reception as well as the F&B teams and 2 junior managers and respective teams.
As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. This is a leadership position that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
You with your teams will ensure great guest services at all times and to manage the standards of guest services received and work with the teams to deliver this.
Support the General Manager in creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
Oversee the training and development of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of food production and preparation techniques
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding dining experience
