Assistant F&B Manager – nr Leeds  

This luxury 4 star hotel resort are presently looking to recruit for a hands on Assistant F&B Manager to join their team at this superb hotel nr Leeds.

The hotel offers superbly appointed bedrooms with 150 available within the hotel as well as award winning dining and along with a casual dining restaurant , also a variety of M&E areas with the largest suite capacity of approx 250 guests.

The hotel is popular with the both local clientele and attracts various events including conferences and is capable of offering a boardroom for 2 as well as larger function and with it’s great location it caters to both intimate and large weddings and events.

The hotel attracts guests for it’s superb facilities which includes full leisure and spa as well as an award winning golf course so caters to all markets.

You will be working with the Operations Manager and other departments HOD’s and be able to rotate within different areas of the department.

You will ensure the highest standards of guest care and also train,develop and assist the F&B team to offer this at all times.

Additionally you will be involved in the departments finances which will include budgeting for wages,sales and the wet GP margins and working with the hotel management team to deliver the required budget.
