This well appointed and superbly located hotel near Chester are recruiting for an Assistant F&B Manager to join their team.
The venue offers 50 + bedrooms along with award winning restaurant as well as events space for functions,weddings,conferences etc for up to 120 guests inside and also offers outside spaces.
As the Assistant F&B Manager your role is to work with and support the Operations Manager and the F&B team,to manage and lead the team day to day and ensure the highest standards of service at all times is offered to all the guests using the the hotel.
You will be supported in your role by the Operations and General Manager and work a mix of contracted and casual team members.
The operation is popular within the local area and within both the corporate and leisure market and is a popular venue for events and weddings.
You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staff to ensure a consistency of standards.
In addition have the knowledge to manage and support the Manager for the liquor stock in your department as well as wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
