Assistant C&B Manager – Preston
Looking to recruit for a luxury 4 star hotel based in Preston for a Assistant C&B Manager to join the team and this superb hotel.
The role will be to work within the C&B department of the hotel that has various meeting and events rooms for up to 150 guests in the largest suite as well as boardrooms for 2 to 80 guests throughout the hotel.
The hotel also offers within the F&B areas of the hotel and award winning rosette restaurant and a superb lounge bar.
Ideally you will be from a similar 4/5 star hotel background and have experience in managing and working in a busy C&B department in a similar hotel and and be an effective and capable Manager with the ability to be both hands on as well as guide and support teams in order to ensure a high end service delivery at all times.
Reporting to the C&B Manager with ongoing training and development for your own career.
