Admin Secretary – Liverpool
This Liverpool based client with a number of venues across the Merseyside region are recruiting for an Admin Secretary to join their team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 10 am to 3 pm and the role is based near Wavertree in a private members club with leisure and food and beverage facilities.
You will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to,answering incoming telephone calls,to greet visitors and to be able to respond to queries in person, via telephone or email and also to develop and implement all
Tasks will also involve composing business letters and and emails and to be responsible for booking meeting rooms when required by the CEO and for the management team as well as to set up conference calls.
General administration tasks including filing, photocopying and scanning and to complete all duties efficiently in a timely manner.
There may also be periods when additional working hours in relation to the needs of the business will change or increase so it is important to understand you will need to commit when necessary.
Working closely with the CEO and also as part of the role you will need to send out employee contracts and offers of employment and to ensure all employee’s records are kept up to date and staff handbooks and relevant paperwork is signed as well as any additional agreed targets are recorded.
Reporting to the CEO and a key member of the management team.
