Chef de Partie – Guernsey
This beautifully located 4 star hotel on the island of Guernsey with 40 bedrooms and a 2 rosette restaurant are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join their team.
The menu uses all local fresh seasonal produce with an influence of France and caters generally to the leisure market offering bespoke food and service.
As a Chef de Partie you will work with and support the Head & Sous Chef also work with other kitchen team members to ensure the standards are maintained at all times in both the quality of the food being prepared and served to the guests but also in regards to kitchen hygiene standards.
