So short week but busy week which is great and also getting ever closer to the end of the 1st year working for myself,all very exciting may take me out for a pint maybe even a sandwich at lunch time blow the lot !!.

In addition for a Head Chef for Shropshire 4 star hotel as well as a Restaurant Manager , Sous Chef for 2 rosette 4 star hotel mid Cheshire , Sous Chef 4 star Chester hotel as well as Sous Chef in Manchester. Finally chefs of all levels for locations across the UK.
