We’re searching for a passionate Junior Sommelier with a love for world wines, luxury hospitality, and a hunger to learn. Whether you’re a rising talent or already tasting your way into the industry, this is your chance to work with an ambitious, award-winning team in luxurious setting in Wales.

Who We’re Looking For –

• WSET Level 2 qualification (or equivalent knowledge)
• Enthusiastic and have a true passion for wine and spirits
• Experience in high end hospitality (Rosette / Michelin standard)
• Personable and warm, offering the highest standards of service
• You’re a team player who wants to grow in a supportive, high achieving environment
