Chef de partie – nr Alnwick
£32000.00 + £4k service charge and paid O/T,40 hour contract
We are currently working with a client who are seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team supporting all areas of the kitchen, reporting to the Sous & Head Chef.
This is a 4 star hotel located close to the town of Alnwick in the beautiful Northumberland area in a rural location with great access to the local attractions of the area and including Newcastle etc and good access via public transport or car parking if a driver/own transport.
The venue offers an award winning fine dining Brasserie as well as various rooms for functions with the largest room for over 100 + guests as well as other meeting and events rooms in the hotel and is also a popular wedding destination with over 100 + weddings per year.
The role is working with the kitchen team and being able to work in various sections of the kitchen and working as part of a focused team.
Knowledge and experience of working in a fast paced kitchen and hands on of restaurants as well as catering for functions,weddings etc is a key asset.

Working with and supporting the Head and Sous Chef and working as part of the team,also managing your own section and keeping all food health and safety as part of your work at all times.
The positions is 5 days over 7 with a 40 hour contract with paid O/T as well as service charge on a monthly basis.
