We are currently working with a client who are seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their team to cover the hotels busy pastry operation, reporting to the Sous & Head Chef.
This is a 4 star luxurious hotel located in stunning rural surroundings of Cheshire.
The hotel offer a fine dining Brasserie as well as various rooms for functions with the largest room for over 100 + guests as well as other meeting and events rooms in the hotel.
The role is working with the kitchen team and assisting in the pastry department of the kitchen and working as part of a focused team.
Knowledge and experience of working in a fast paced kitchen and hands on of restaurants as well as catering for functions, weddings etc is a key asset.
You will also be required to manage the desserts and pastries and all mise en place for section and to deliver a great consistent product to support the team.

Working with and supporting the Head and Sous Chef and working as part of the team, also managing your own section and keeping all food health and safety as part of your work at all times.
The positions is a 40 hour contract with paid O/T
