Deputy General Manager – Shropshire
This 4 star hotel for a in rural Shropshire are presently looking to recruit Deputy General Manager.
This is a hands on role to lead the team in the day to day operations with a focus on the front of house areas of the hotel.
Working with the reception teams,also housekeeping as well as F&B teams and also leisure.
The hotel has 70 bedrooms with facilities that includes a casual all day dining restaurant of 100 covers serving modern British menu,also offering various M&E for up to 150 guests in the largest suite and other boardrooms from 10 to 40 guests.
Also the hotel has a full leisure and spa facility with it’s own food and beverage casual dining area.
You will also ensure service standards are maintained at all times and work with the HOD’s to offer training and support to their team members.
In addition there will be some finance management to achieve and deliver the required revenue and sales targets.
Reporting to the General Manager and as part of the senior team attend HOD meetings.
