Operations Manager – Northamptonshire
This luxury 4 star Northamptonshire hotel are presently recruiting for a hands on Operations Manager to join their team.
The hotel has 80 + bedrooms with an award winning fine dining restaurant as well as various M&E areas within the hotel for events,conferences etc with the largest suite available for up to 200 guests and also has a leisure and spa facility.
As the Operations Manager you will work with and support the General Manager and all the hotel’s HOD’s and respective teams,working to ensure a 1st class experience for guests from check in to check out.
The reporting structure includes Head Chef,FOH,Housekeeping,F&B Manager as well as working with finance,HR,Sales and maintenance.
You will oversee the day to day operations and working with the managers to manage their departments,offer ongoing training and development as well as managing costs and developing sales to achieve the hotel budget.
The General Manager will support you and work alongside you and also offer training to continue developing your career.
