Sous Chef – Liverpool
I am presently working with a well regarded hotel group with operations across the UK for this luxuriously appointed hotel in central Liverpool.
The hotel offers 1st class guest experience with great location and superb bedroom stock as well as top quality restaurant and M&E areas of the hotel offering a great standard of the food served in all areas of the business.
As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen team and be able to maintain and deliver those standards and prepare the all fresh food for all areas of the hotel for the restaurant and as well for the events & weddings etc.
You will also manage and work with the team and ensure all food hygiene standards are achieved as well as food gp and cost controls,reporting direct to the Head Chef.
