Chef de Partie – Manchester
This expanding and reputable group are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team based at one of their hotels based in central Manchester.
The hotel has various F&B operations which includes all day casual dining as well as catering for events for up to 200 guests.
The food is modern using generally French influences with a British flavour added and the role of Chef de Partie is to be part of that operation with the ability to work in all corners of the kitchen and help and support the kitchen management team which includes a Head Chef and Sous Chef and then also working with other chefs in the team.
The role will suit an individual who is looking for their next career step and to take on an exciting challenge in their kitchen career.
