We are presently working with this 4 star hotel based near Chester and actively recruiting for a Wedding Co-Ordinator as part of their internal hotels sales team.
The hotel is in a stunning Cheshire countryside location that offers 150 + bedroom hotel with extensive operations including award winning restaurant,all day casual dining as well as leisure and spa facilities.
The hotel also caters for events including weddings within their extensive C&B areas with 2 main suites that cater to over 200 guests as well as various other meeting rooms which range from a boardroom for 2 to an event for over 100 guests.
The role is to manage and deal with all wedding enquiries and to be able to offer potential wedding parties to come to look at the venue and to see what it can offer along with superb facilities it has stunning grounds and gardens and also does private ceremonies within the grounds.
So ideally you will be from a similar market and to look to be able to increase the wedding trade for the hotel and to host wedding fayres and attract local suppliers from florists to room dressers etc from your previous dealings.
You will be able to achieve and work to sales targets and also convert from an initial enquiry through to a confirmed booking so again knowledge of creating a bespoke service and a unique experience for brides and grooms etc.
