Operations Manager – Nr Chester
We are presently working with a stunning 4 star country house hotel in the Chester area who are presently looking to recruit for an Operations Manager to join their senior management team.
The hotel lies in beautiful gardens and grounds and offers 50 + bedrooms with 70 cover restaurant and C&B for up to 150 guests in the largest suite as well as a fully equipped leisure club and spa.
The person ideally will be from a similar background and with working knowledge and experience of AA rosette dining as the hotel is looking to secure at least 1 rosette though 2 is the hotel’s target.
You will work with and support the General Manager and oversee the day to day operations and work with all of the hotel’s HOD’s with a focus within the F&B department.
Also offer ongoing training and development to all HOD’s and respective staff members to ensure and deliver a high standard of service at all times.
You will also be involved in service delivery when required as well as managing the various F&B departments finances to ensure all costs are controlled in line with the hotel budgets to achieve sales targets and profit margins.
This is a role that would suit a HOD from the F&B department and the knowledge and experience of managing teams,service standards and finances.
