This 4 star group hotel with fantastic facilities which includes an AA rosette restaurant,M&E for up to 200 guests in the largest suite as well as various meeting rooms,bars and also full leisure and spa operations are recruiting for a standards driven Operations Manager to join their company and hotel.
As Operations Manager you will manage and oversee all departments with a focus on guest service delivery as well as being able to work with and support the HOD’s in all areas of the hotel.
You will have 6/7 HOD direct reports and their respective departments and be able to offer support and development as well as ongoing training to ensure each HOD can deliver this back to their respective teams.
Also be able to manage and control costs as well as drive sales and revenue to ensure the hotel delivers the budget,reporting direct to the General Manager this role will suit an individual who has experience of managing and leading teams and be a focus,driven and hands on leader.
£35k,benefits,bonus
