Bar Manager – Northwich/Middlewich area
Recruiting for a Bar Manager for a members only Sports and Social club near to Northwich and Middlewich.
The venue has a number of sporting clubs offering facilities for both summer and winter sports and has over a 1000 members using the operation.
The client is looking for a hands on Bar Manager to take on the day to day duties of the venue and to work with the team to offer great service.
The operation has 2 main rooms which consists of a members bar and a function suite for up to 200 with an L shaped bar that services both sides.
Reporting to the Chairman and responsible for developing the business through the members as well as some marketing to the local area.
Managing all bar stock and controls and all duties associated including monies,cellar controls etc.
