General Manager – North Yorkshire region
Recruiting for a top notch company for a 5 star high end hands on General Manager for this bespoke operation based in North Yorkshire area.
The business consists of superbly appointed bedrooms as well as a rosette restaurant serving all fresh and seasonal produce.
As General Manager you will lead and manage the day to day operations and team and be involved in all aspects of the business working with and supporting the team of over 50 + staff which is a mix of full time and casual team members.
The venue is budgeted for a turnover in excess of £2 M this year and is presently above budget so you are taking on a well run and managed business and team.
You will offer training and development to all team members to ensure the high standards of food and service are maintained and work to achieve the company standards in all areas of the operation.
The site has great local and tourist trade and offers this in a unique setting and as well has a great array of beverages on sale including fine wines and cask ales,so it is important that you have knowledge of these and all financial aspects of the business.
Reporting to the Area Manager this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a great challenge as well as career development.
